1. General Return Policy
Due to the exclusive and custom nature of our vehicles, refunds and returns are subject to the following conditions:
Stock Vehicles: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the vehicle is in its original condition with no damage or excessive mileage (under 250 miles).
Custom Orders: Non-refundable and non-returnable, as these vehicles are built to your specifications.
Pre-Owned Vehicles: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and a restocking fee of 10% of the vehicle’s purchase price.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted under these circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects: Verified defects not caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations made before the vehicle enters the production phase.
Non-Refundable Items:
Delivery and shipping fees.
Taxes, registration, and licensing fees.
Customization fees.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@blancglasni.com or call (304) 594-3432 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Provide Documentation: Include proof of purchase and detailed information about the reason for the return.
Inspection: Schedule an inspection of the vehicle at our facility or an approved location.
Return Approval: Upon approval, arrange for the vehicle’s return to our showroom at 888 Fairchance Rd, Morgantown, WV.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned vehicle passes inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
The original vehicle is eligible for return as outlined above.
The replacement vehicle is of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid at the time of exchange.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
Vehicles damaged due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
Excessive mileage or wear and tear may result in additional fees or rejection of the return.
Any accessories or upgrades installed after delivery are non-refundable.
6. Warranty Claims

7. Disputes and Resolutions
